Besiktas to return for Chelsea hitman Ba... and agent says striker is keen on transfer

Besiktas are to try again for Chelsea striker Demba Ba.
The Turkish side were among his suitors in the summer and want to sign the Senegalese on loan.
Besiktas officials were keen to speak to Ba’s representatives during a recent trip to Istanbul.

Agent Ceylan Calıskan told Turkish media: ‘I talk closely with Demba Ba, he wants to play for a Turkish club but I can’t comment on a transfer yet.’
Ba is on the fringes of Jose Mourinho’s squad. The Chelsea manager will
watch Falcao playing for Colombia on Thursday as he considers bringing another striker in in January which will push Ba even further down the list of options.

Arsenal, West Ham and Newcastle have also shown interest in signing Ba in January.

He joined Chelsea last January for £7.5 million from Newcastle United and scored twice in 14 appearances in his first season. However, Ba has made just three league appearances this season.
Besiktas will need to sell first though. The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) introduced a ruling last summer permitting only 10 foreign players per club in and allowing only six foreign players on the field at any one time for the 2013-14 season.
Besiktas currently have 10 non-Turkish players on their books.
